DEFINITIONS

 

“OLITEAM Blog” designates the blog accessible at the address https://www.oliteam.com/blog/.

 

 

" Account "designates the personal space (or interface) made available to each User by the Company on the Oliteam Site allowing them in particular to be put in contact with Practitioners in order to book a consultation via the Online Appointment Scheduling Service or to enter testimonials relating to consultations delivered by a Practitioner.

 

" Terms of Service " designates these general conditions of use and navigation of the Oliteam Site.

 

“Information(s)” designates the information and content (such as video, text, photos, links, hyperlinks) published on the Oliteam Site by the Practitioners and/or the Company.

 

“Practitioner(s)” designates the Well-being practitioner or professional referenced on the Oliteam Site.

 

“Partner(s)” designates any partner entity or service provider of the Company intervening, in any way whatsoever, in particular for technical needs, alongside the Company in order to enable it to ensure the successful completion of the Services offered to Users and Visitors.

 

" Profile " designates the page made available to the Practitioner by the Company on the Oliteam Site allowing him in particular (i) to be put in contact with Users who wish to do so via the Online Appointment Scheduling Service or even (ii) to publish Information relating to his professional activity for which he has been admitted to be referenced on the Oliteam Site.

 

" Services " designates all the services, functionalities and applications accessible on the Oliteam Site and provided by the Company to Users.

 

“Online Appointment Scheduling Service”designates the service made available to the User by the Company to enable them to book a consultation with a Practitioner.

 

“Oliteam website”designates all of the websites and mobile sites, and their content, accessible at the address “https://www.oliteam.com” as well as all URL addresses belonging to the domain name and subdomains “www.oliteam.com» including the Oliteam Blog and more generally any site published and operated by the Company.

 

" Company " Or“OLITEAM”designates the single-member simplified joint stock company with capital of 2,000 euros, registered in the MEAUX Trade and Companies Register, whose head office is located at 7, rue Albert Einstein, Champs-Sur Marne, France, which notably operates under all its forms, coaching and well-being consulting activities and all event organizations, communications and posting of practitioners on the platformwww.oliteam.com, in the form of a reservation diary.  

 

“User(s)” means any natural person accessing, visiting, browsing and/or using the Oliteam Site and/or its mobile and tablet applications, for personal purposes, occasionally or habitually, who has an Account on the Oliteam Site.

 

“Visitor(s)” designates any natural person accessing, visiting and/or browsing the Oliteam Site and/or its mobile and tablet applications, for personal purposes, occasionally or habitually, who does not have an Account on the Oliteam Site.

 

 

ARTICLE 1              LIMINARY

 

The Oliteam Site isintended in particular for the information and orientation of the public towards health practices complementary to conventional medicine in order to allow its Users (i) to identify a practitioner of complementary health practices within a network of referenced professionals anywhere in France, (ii) to book a consultation with a Practitioner, (iii) to consult the Information published by the Practitioners or even (iv) to register testimonials relating to consultations delivered by the Practitioners.

 

The Information published by Practitioners, and more generally on the Oliteam Site, does not constitute personalized advice and consultations.

 

The Company draws the attention of the User and/or Visitor to the fact that the use, in any way whatsoever, of “alternative medicine” practices complementary to conventional medicine, in particular those offered by Practitioners on the Oliteam Site cannot exempt the User from consulting a health professional within the meaning of the Public Health Code. The Practitioners listed on the Oliteam Site are not health professionals within the meaning of the Public Health Code. The Oliteam Site, and the Information published therein do not in any way replace a medical consultation or the advice of a Health Practitioner. Only your general practitioner or specialist is authorized to establish a medical diagnosis and the resulting appropriate treatment. In fact, the use of the Information provided on the Oliteam Site is carried out under the full and complete responsibility of the User in the same way as the use he could make from books or magazines.

 

The Company draws the Visitor and/or User’s attention to the fact that “alternative medicine” practices and specialties:

1. “certainly have an effectiveness on certain symptoms, but this is insufficiently or not demonstrated” (source: solidarites-sante.gouv.fr)

2. “are not effective on certain symptoms but do not present health risks either. However, they can lead to a loss of opportunity for people suffering from serious illnesses, such as cancer for example, by delaying the treatment of the patient using conventional medicine. Presenting the practice to the patient, who feels helpless in the face of the seriousness of their illness, can lead to such a delay” (source: solidarites-sante.gouv.fr).

 

The Company also draws the attention of the User and/or Visitor to the fact that these unconventional care practices “have not been the subject of scientific or clinical studies showing their modalities of action, their effects , their effectiveness, as well as their non-dangerousness. When they are used to treat serious or emergency illnesses instead of recognized conventional treatments, they can therefore cause sick people to lose their chances of improvement or cure” (source: solidarites-sante.gouv.fr).

Therefore, the User and/or Visitor accepts and acknowledges that he or she is solely responsible for his or her decision to browse the Oliteam Site or to consult a Practitioner listed on the Oliteam Site via the Appointment Scheduling Service. Line.

 

The User and/or Visitor accepts and acknowledges that the Oliteam Site is, in particular, only a platform for referencing Practitioners of “alternative medicine” practices and providing Information relating to alternative medicine. The referencing of Practitioners has no legal and/or regulatory value.

 

ARTICLE 2              PURPOSE OF THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

 

These General Conditions of Use have been developed in order to clarify to Visitors and/or Users of the Oliteam Site the conditions of navigation and use of the Oliteam Site.

 

By accessing, visiting, browsing and/or using the Oliteam Site, the Visitor and/or User accepts without reservation and unconditionally these General Conditions of Use.

 

The Visitor and/or User assures and guarantees to the Company that he is at least eighteen (18) years old on the day of acceptance of these General Conditions of Use and that he has legal capacity. In the event that the parent (or any other legal representative) of a minor books a consultation on behalf of said minor, he or she is required to verify that the consultation is appropriate for the minor.

 

The Visitor and/or User declares and acknowledges having read the entire terms of these General Conditions of Use. In addition, connection to any of the Services offered by and/or via the Oliteam Site implies unconditional and unreserved acceptance by the User of these General Conditions of Use.

 

Please note that the Company reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices of these General Conditions of Use at any time. The User is deemed to have accepted the latest version of the General Conditions of Use with each new connection to the Oliteam Site. The User is therefore advised to regularly consult the latest version of the General Conditions of Use and the notices available on the Oliteam Site.

 

These General Conditions of Use were updated in September 2023.

 

ARTICLE 3              GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE COMPANY TO USERS

 

The Oliteam Site allows its Users to benefit from the following Services:

 

• search for Practitioners according to their specialty(ies)

• consult the Published Information;

• make an appointment with a Practitioner for a consultation (the Online Appointment Making Service);

• give a testimony relating to the consultation carried out by a Practitioner.

 

The Company draws the attention of the User, who accepts and acknowledges, that it is only an intermediary and does not interfere in the relationship between the User and the Practitioner. Since then, when the User makes contact or requests to make an appointment with a Practitioner, the contractual relationship between the Company and the User is limited to a simple service of putting the User in contact with the Practitioner. Acceptance of an appointment by a Practitioner is left to their sole discretion and the Company cannot guarantee the User acceptance of the requested consultation.

 

The Oliteam Site is in no way an online payment platform for Practitioners.

 

From then on, the User accepts and acknowledges that he will not be able to make any purchase or payment, directly or indirectly, from Practitioners via the Oliteam Site. The User must pay directly to the Practitioner the cost of the consultation he has reserved via the Oliteam Site, according to the terms and prices set by the Practitioner.

 

ARTICLE 4              NATURE, CONTENT AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE COMPANY TO USERS

 

Article 4.1                   Nature of Information published by Practitioners on the Oliteam Site

 

The Oliteam Site is a platform for connecting the general public and Practitioners which allows the latter in particular to publish Information relating to their professional activity and the exercise of their professional activity.

 

As such, each Practitioner assures and guarantees to the Company and undertakes towards each Visitor and/or User of the Oliteam Site that the Information he publishes on the Oliteam Site:

 

 

• are sincere and accurate;

• have a moral character and respect good morals;

• respect public order, the law and regulations in force;

• correspond to the professional activity of the Practitioner for the specialties for which he has been admitted to be referenced on the Oliteam Site;

• that is to say, (i) concern the practice(s) that the Practitioner offers to Users of the Oliteam Site, (ii) for which (or which) he/she has been admitted to be referenced on the Oliteam Site and (iii) that he offers to the address indicated on his Profile.

• are directly linked to the exercise of their professional activity for the specialties for which the Practitioner has been admitted to be listed on the Oliteam Site.

 

The User and/or Visitor accepts and acknowledges that the Company is not, however, responsible for the nature, purpose and/or scope of the Information published by Practitioners on the Oliteam Site. The Visitor and/or User who accesses Information that does not respect these commitments may inform the Company at the following email address: contact@oliteam.com so that the latter takes appropriate measures against the Practitioner.

 

The Practitioner is solely responsible for the consultations he offers, their quality, their safety and their compliance with the law and regulations in force.

 

Article 4.2                   Content of Information published by Practitioners

 

The Information published by each Practitioner on the Oliteam Site includes text content, photos, links and videos relating to the consultations they offer and/or provide as part of the exercise of their professional activity.

 

The Information published by Practitioners on the Oliteam Site is for informational purposes only.

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges that the Company does not and cannot guarantee the accuracy of the Information published by the Practitioners.

 

The Practitioners have made a commitment to the Company not to publish links and/or hyperlinks to websites and mobile sites published, managed and/or operated by third parties. Practitioners, however, have the possibility of publishing links and/or hyperlinks to their website and/or to articles relating to their area of expertise and/or in which they are cited with authorization from the Company.

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for the existence of such links or hyperlinks included within Information published by Practitioners. It is up to each Visitor and/or User to carry out all the checks necessary and/or which seem appropriate to them before deciding to access, visit, browse and/or use these third-party websites and mobile sites. The Visitor and/or User assures and guarantees the Company that he will not hold it responsible for the existence of links and/or hyperlinks included in the Information published by the Practitioners on the Oliteam Site nor for his decision, and all the consequences that it could cause, to consult one (or more) link(s) and/or hyperlink(s) published by a Practitioner on the Oliteam Site. The User and/or Visitor assures and guarantees to the Company that he will not be able under any circumstances to seek compensation for the damage(s) he may suffer, of any nature whatsoever, which would cause following consultation of a link or hyperlink published by one of the Practitioners on the Oliteam Site.

The Visitor and/or User who accesses information(s) that do not respect this commitment by the Practitioner may inform the Company at the following email address: contact@oliteam.com so that the latter takes appropriate measures against the Practitioner.

 

 Article 4.3                   The Online Appointment Scheduling Service

 

The User can in particular make an appointment via the Oliteam Site with a Practitioner, depending on the availability offered by the latter.

 

The User authorizes the Practitioner and/or the Company to send him SMS and/or emails whose purpose is to keep him informed and communicate information relating to the appointment he has requested with a Practitioner. . The Company and/or the Practitioner cannot under any circumstances be held responsible by the User in the event of an error in entering their contact details, in particular with regard to the entry of their telephone number.

 

The User is informed and accepts that his personal data will be communicated to the Practitioner with whom he books a consultation as well as to all Partners of the Company whose intervention would be necessary for the proper performance of the Services.

 

The Company draws the User's attention to the fact that it in no way guarantees the Practitioner's availability for a consultation. The Company only acts as an intermediary between the User and the Practitioner (in particular as a technical intermediary meeting the requirements of article 6-1-2 of the Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy dated June 21, 2004). The Company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the unavailability of a Practitioner for a consultation. Any possible dispute that may arise between the User and the Practitioner must be handled directly between said User and the Practitioner.

 

The User accepts and acknowledges that he must attend the consultation that he has booked with a practitioner and which has been accepted by the latter. In the event of delay or no-show during the consultation agreed with the Practitioner, the amount of the consultation may be owed by the User directly to the Practitioner. The User may request to postpone or cancel a consultation at least forty-eight hours from the consultation. The User accepts that acceptance of this postponement or cancellation desired by the User remains at the sole discretion of the Practitioner.

 

Massages can be offered on the Oliteam Site. The User accepts and acknowledges that the term “massage” in no way corresponds to the legal definition assigned to it by the provisions of article R.4321-3 of the Public Health Code (decree 2004-802 dated July 29, 2004). Please note that medical, sports or therapeutic massages can only be carried out by doctors or physiotherapists. The term “massage” designates on the Oliteam Site, in a generic and global manner, any treatment, solely for well-being, excluding any character or virtue of a medical, therapeutic or sporting nature. Unless expressly specified by the Practitioner verified by the User himself, none of the massages are carried out by a doctor or a physiotherapist masseur.

 

In the event of pregnancy and whatever the consultation, it is strongly recommended that the User seek the prior advice of their doctor, as well as that of the Practitioner they wish to consult. The same applies to vulnerable people, such as, without this list being exhaustive, the elderly, people with heart or blood pressure problems, people prone to allergies, etc.

 

Article 4.4                   Consultation of the Information published on the Oliteam Site

 

The Visitor and/or User can consult all or part of the Information published by Practitioners on the Oliteam Site.

 

The Company draws the attention of the Visitor and/or the User to the fact that all of the Information published by the Practitioner on his Profile and/or on the Oliteam Site

 have no medical value within the meaning of French legislation. Therefore, this Information is only published for informational purposes by the Practitioners. The Company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the use and interpretation of this Information, in any manner whatsoever, made by Visitors and/or Users.

 

Section 4.5                   User Testimonials

 

Users will be able to enter a testimony relating to the consultation carried out by the Practitioner.

 

This testimony will take the form of textual content which will be published on the Practitioner’s Profile.

 

The User undertakes not to leave any testimony which would, in any way whatsoever, be threatening, offensive, odious, racist, homophobic, infringing, false, pornographic, violent, offensive, indecent, obscene, aggressive or still defamatory, and/or, which in a more general way would contravene good customs, morality, the law and/or public order and without link to the Practitioner's service. The Company reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, the User's access to the Oliteam Site in the event that the User does not respect this commitment. The Company also reserves the right to delete any testimonial that does not respect this commitment.

 

The User insures and guarantees the Company against any claim, in any form or nature whatsoever, from a third party, another User and/or a Practitioner concerning the testimonials he leaves on the Oliteam Site.

The User is deemed to be the author of the comment published on the Oliteam Site.

 

Article 4.6                   Obligations of the Visitor and/or User regarding the Services offered by the Company

 

The Visitor and/or User undertakes to use the Services offered by the Company, and more generally, the Oliteam Site, in accordance with these General Conditions of Use and the applicable regulations in force.

 

The Visitor and/or User assures and guarantees to the Company that he will not use, by any means whatsoever, the Services offered by the Company, and more generally, the Oliteam Site and/or its contents for illegal, illegitimate, criminal, contrary to good morals, immoral and/or fraudulent purposes. The Company reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, the User's access to the Oliteam Site in the event that the User does not respect this commitment.

 

The Company also reserves the right to take any action against the Visitor and/or User, including legal action, in order to obtain compensation for any damage, of whatever nature, that it may suffer as a result of of the User.

 

ARTICLE 5              FREE SERVICES

 

The Services offered by the Company to Users are free.

 

Prices may possibly be applicable, in particular depending on the evolution of the Services offered by the Company to Users, the evolution of the network, technical and/or legal constraints. In such a case, the User will then be duly informed by the modification of these General Conditions of Use and/or by the insertion on the Oliteam Site of special conditions relating to payment services.

 

ARTICLE 6              ACCESS TO THE SITE AND SERVICES OFFERED BY THE COMPANY

 

Article 6.1                   Configuration of access to the Oliteam Site

 

As the Oliteam Site is offered on the Internet, to access it, the Visitor and/or User must have Internet access and the necessary hardware (computer, software, etc.) to download the digital data necessary for its use. All costs of telephone connections and Internet access, of whatever nature, are the responsibility of the Visitor and/or User.

 

The Company does not provide the Visitor and/or User with any material means, in particular telephone installation, terminal equipment, software or subscription, and/or intangible means, to connect to the Oliteam Site.

 

Article 6.2                   Accessibility and technical operation of the Oliteam Site

 

The Company does not, however, guarantee that the operation of the Oliteam Site will be continuous and error-free.

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges, in particular, that their use of the Services offered to them by the Company is at their own risk. The Services are provided “as is” and are accessible without any guarantee of availability and regularity.

The Company, however, undertakes to implement all reasonable means to keep the Oliteam Site fully operational seven (7) days a week and twenty-four (24) hours a day.

 

The Visitor and/or User assures and guarantees to the Company that he will not hold it responsible for the unavailability, interruption and/or malfunction of the Oliteam Site, for any reason whatsoever, and in particular in the event of failure of its internet access provider, its host, intrusion by third parties or force majeure or in the event that the Oliteam Site is subject to maintenance, whatever their nature and/or purpose. .

 

The Visitor and/or User assures and guarantees the Company that he will not hold it responsible for any inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, such as, in particular, the presence of computer viruses or spyware.

 

Please note that the Company may terminate or modify the content, nature and/or characteristics of the Services it offers to Visitors and/or Users at any time, without notice.

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges that the Company or its Partners cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any possible damage(s) and/or harm(s) of any nature whatsoever. s) itself, and in particular material(s) and/or immaterial(s), direct(s) and/or indirect(s), resulting from difficulties or the impossibility of using the Oliteam Site.

 

Article 6.3                   Access subject to identification

 

In order to access certain Services offered on the Oliteam Site (and in particular the Online Appointment Scheduling Service), the User must provide their first name, last name, email address, telephone number, date of birth and choose a password (“Registration Data”) in order to create your Account.

The Registration Data will be collected, processed and analyzed by the Company according to the terms defined in thePrivacy Policy. The collection and processing of this data allows the Company to differentiate between each User of the Oliteam Site and to offer them the Services for which the User decides to register on the Oliteam Site.

 

It is recalled that any person making a false declaration for themselves or for others is liable, in particular, to the sanctions provided for by article 441-1 of the Penal Code, providing for penalties of up to three years in prison. imprisonment and a fine of 45,000 euros.

 

Section 6.4                   Refusal, suspension and interruption of access to the Oliteam Site

 

The Company reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, refuse or remove access to all or part of the Oliteam Site to a Visitor and/or a User, for any reason whatsoever and in particular for technical and/or operational reasons, maintenance and/or upgrade, security or even due to the use made by the Visitor and/or User of the Services offered by the Company.

 

The Company is in no way responsible for the consequences that may arise from these suspensions, interruptions and/or deletions of access to the Oliteam Site for the Visitor and/or the User.

 

Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to terminate the publication of the Oliteam Site on the Internet network, without Visitors and/or Users being able to claim any compensation or invoke any prejudice against the Company and this, at any time.

 

ARTICLE 7              INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

The Company is the holder and owner of all rights, in particular intellectual property (such as copyright, related rights, trademark rights, rights of database producers) relating to the Oliteam Site, its structure and its contents. (such as images, sounds, videos, photographs, logos, brands, graphic elements, tools, software, documents and all other data).

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges that any exploitation, reproduction, representation, publication, transmission, use or modification, of any nature whatsoever, in whole or in part, of the Oliteam Site, its elements and/or one or more of its contents, whatever it may be, made without the prior written authorization of the Company, is illicit.

These illegal acts engage the responsibility of the Visitor and/or the User and are likely to lead to legal proceedings against him, in particular for counterfeiting.

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges that the right granted to him by the Company to access, visit, browse and/or use the Oliteam Site does not confer on him any property rights, particularly intellectual, relating to the Oliteam Site and/or any of its contents, whatever its nature. Therefore, acceptance of these General Conditions of Use does not imply any transfer, transmission and/or authorization to use, exploit and or reproduce, in any manner whatsoever, the elements and/or contents of the Oliteam website.

 

The “Oliteam” brand is a registered trademark. Any total or partial reproduction of this brand and/or its logos without the written authorization of the Company is prohibited. Any unauthorized reproduction of this brand, logos and distinctive signs constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal sanctions. The offender is exposed to civil and criminal sanctions and in particular to the penalties provided for in articles L. 335.2 and L. 343.1 of the Intellectual Property Code.

 

ARTICLE 8              LIABILITY AND SANCTIONS

 

Section 8.1                   Failure of the Visitor and/or User to fulfill any of their obligations

 

In the event of partial or total, direct or indirect failure of the Visitor and/or User to fulfill any of their obligations under these General Conditions of Use and/or execution of an action prohibited by these General Conditions of Use, or for any other reason that the Company considers justified, in particular due to infringements of the rights, of whatever nature, of the Company, Practitioners, other Visitors or Users and/ or third parties, the Company will be entitled to suspend, partially or totally, temporarily or definitively, the Visitor's and/or the User's access to the Oliteam Site, without notice and without the Visitor and/or the User may claim any compensation or invoke any damage against the Company.

 

The Visitor and/or User insures and guarantees the Company against any recourse, demand and/or complaint of any nature, and in particular requests for damages, that one (or more) third parties, one (or more) other User(s) and/or one (or more) Practitioner(s) may bring proceedings against the Company for their use, in any manner whatsoever, of the Services offered by the Company, and in general its use of the Oliteam Site. The Visitor and/or User assures and guarantees to the Company that he will bear all consequences, in particular financial, resulting from his use of the Oliteam Site and the Services offered by the Company which would infringe the rights of the Company, from one (or more) other User(s), one (or more) Practitioner(s) and/or one (or more) third parties.

 

The Company also reserves the right to take any action against the Visitor and/or User, including legal action, in order to obtain compensation for any damage, of whatever nature, that it may suffer as a result of of said Visitor or User.

 

Article 8.2                   Responsibility linked to the use of the Oliteam Site

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges connecting and using the Services offered by the Company, and more generally, the Oliteam Site, at their own risk.

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges that he/she cannot in any way hold the Company responsible for damages and/or harm, of whatever nature, direct or indirect that the Visitor or User may suffer. could suffer, for any reason whatsoever, which would be linked in particular to the connection, access, use and/or operation of the Services offered by the Company, and more generally, of the Oliteam Site.

 

In particular, harm and/or damage which may arise from inaccurate information, errors, slowness or interruption in transmission, loss, disappearance or alteration of data, viruses, whatever may be the case. the origin, intrusions by third parties, and more generally the use of the Services offered by the Company, and more generally the Oliteam Site or the impossibility of using it.

 

 

 

Section 8.3                   Responsibility related to content and intellectual property

 

The Visitor and/or User acknowledges having read the technical characteristics of the equipment to be used to benefit from the Services offered by the Company and to be able to use the Oliteam Site.

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges that all information, elements, content, files, software and materials offered by the Company on the Oliteam Site are protected by French and international laws concerning intellectual property and copyright.

 

The Visitor and/or User assures and guarantees that he will not attempt to use, transmit, exploit and/or reproduce, in any way whatsoever, the data, information, elements, structure and/or or content of the Oliteam Site and/or linked, directly and/or indirectly, to the Oliteam Site.

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges that any act on his part which infringes the rights of the Company, in particular the Intellectual Property Rights of which the Company is the owner or holder, is likely to incur liability.

 

Article 8.4                   Virus Liability

 

The Company invites the Visitor and/or User to check that any file transmitted, recorded and/or coming from the Oliteam Site does not contain any computer virus.

 

The Company does not guarantee the Visitor and/or User against the presence of viruses within the Oliteam Site. The Company undertakes to implement the necessary and reasonable means to guarantee the Visitor and/or User the absence of computer viruses on the Oliteam Site.

 

The Visitor and/or User assures and guarantees to the Company that he will not record and/or transmit, in any way, files, of any nature whatsoever, which contain computer viruses and/or programs that destroy data linked, in any way, to the Oliteam Site. The Visitor and/or User assumes liability in the event of failure, even partial, to comply with this obligation.

 

ARTICLE 9              COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

 

The Visitor and/or User accepts and acknowledges that he is solely responsible for his decision to use, in any way whatsoever, the Services offered by the Company and in particular to use the services offered by the Practitioners on the Oliteam Site via booking a consultation. In this regard, the User accepts and acknowledges that he cannot in any way hold the Company responsible for the consequences, whatever their nature, direct or indirect, linked to the consultation of a Practitioner or the use that he makes Services offered by the Company and/or Information published on the Oliteam Site. The Practitioner is solely responsible for the services he provides to his clients and therefore to Users. The Company does not interfere in any way in the care provided by Practitioners to its clients and, more generally, in the relationship between the Practitioner and its client and any User.

 

The User accepts and acknowledges that he alone, and not the Company, is responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from his connection tool to the Oliteam Site (computer, mobile, etc.) and that he must use the Services offered by the Company, and more generally the Oliteam Site, in compliance with applicable laws and these General Conditions of Use.

 

The Company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the fraudulent, illegal, immoral or immoral use of the Visitor and/or the User and for the damage and/or harm which could result therefrom for the(ies) Practitioner(s), third parties and/or other Users.

 

ARTICLE 10            RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENTS OF THE OLITEAM SITE

Use of the Oliteam Site and the Services offered by the Company is at the Visitor’s and/or User’s own risk.

The Company implements all necessary and reasonable means to offer Visitor(s) and/or User(s) available tools and/or reliable information and/or content. ARTICLE 11            PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA - BLOCTEL

ARTICLE 12            PARTIAL NON-VALIDITY

 

If one or more provisions included in these General Conditions of Use were to prove or become invalid, void or obsolete, in whole or in part, the other provisions would not be affected in any way. Both contracting parties undertake to apply, if necessary, a new provision which will come as close as possible to the invalid, void or obsolete provision.
