Definition of terms used:

Practitioner Account: professional account which offers online booking on the Oliteam platform for its activities as a practitioner in alternative medicine, subscriber to Oliteam.

Customer account : account of individuals making an online reservation on the Oliteam platform with a Practitioner Account.

This site uses cookies which are files stored on your computer allowing easy access to the services offered. Under no circumstances may cookies from this site be used to collect personal data without your express consent. This information will not be transmitted outside of Oliteam customer service and will not be used as part of unsolicited communication campaigns. The Personal Data corresponds to that communicated:

on the Site: when creating the User Account or Practitioner Account or on the contact form or any other document completed on the Site
when handling complaints
when sending newsletters and commercial offers, by email
during exchanges with Oliteam regardless of the means of communication used

The data processed are:

The email and password for the User and Practitioner accounts.
Identification data: Name, first name, postal address, email, telephone.
Connection data (IP address, connection identifiers) and usage data.

Payments are made via an online payment site (Stripe and/or Paypal). Therefore, Oliteam does not collect or save the bank card number and payment identifier. The mandatory or optional nature of the data to be provided is indicated during their collection by an asterisk. The User provides this information in full knowledge of the facts, particularly when he enters it himself.

Purpose of processing

Personal data is only collected and used to guarantee optimal use of the Oliteam platform.
Also, the purposes are as follows:

the identification of Users and Practitioners
commercial relationship management
Site management
navigation on the Site: connection and usage data, payment and reimbursement history, etc.
prevention and fight against computer fraud (spamming, hacking, etc.): computer equipment used for browsing, IP address, password

We do not sell or share this data with third parties, and we do not sell our usage statistics.

Recipients of personal data

Oliteam and its staff in charge of the Site
Oliteam’s service providers and subcontractors
competent authorities, at their request, in the context of legal proceedings, in the context of judicial research and solicitations at the request of the authorities or in order to comply with other legal obligations

Personal and sensitive data

Oliteam only records the data strictly necessary for the operation of the application (data from your Practitioner file or your Client file depending on the use made of the platform, connection statistical data, contact form).
No data relating to sensitive personal information is processed by Oliteam.

Data retention

The data recorded during the use of the Oliteam application is only kept for the duration necessary for the use of the application. Personal data (email, contact details) are deleted or anonymized after 6 months of inactivity or after suspension of the account.

With regard to legal or regulatory requirements, data may be kept for the time necessary to allow Oliteam to meet its obligations. The data necessary for analysis purposes and the production of aggregated statistics will be irreversibly anonymized.

Media

If you are a registered user and upload images to the Website, we advise you to avoid uploading images that contain EXIF GPS coordinate data. Visitors to your website can download and extract location data from these images.

Contact forms

The data collected by the contact form is only used to respond to you and is deleted from the server after 3 months. If you wish to immediately delete the data you have sent, please send an email to contact@oliteam.com or by post to Oliteam, 7 Rue Albert Einstein, 77420 Champs-Sur-Marne.

Content embedded from other sites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Content embedded from other sites behaves the same as if the visitor went to that other site. Personal information stored atOliteam

Practitioner Account: Oliteam records all the data entered in the fields of the Profile form (last name, first name, email, telephone, address) as well as the legal information designating its company in the “Company” form (company name, address, main telephone number, SIRET).
The password entered when creating your account is encrypted and cannot be deciphered by our administrators. If you forget your password, you must use the forgotten password functionality. Oliteam will never ask you for your password.
The data entered by the Practitioner are his responsibility and must in no case reveal, directly or indirectly, information such as: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership in political or union movements. The data entered by the Practitioner must be strictly related to the management of his Client file and must not include sensitive information linked to Clients.

Customer account :Oliteam records all data entered in the fields of the Profile form (last name, first name, email, telephone, address)
Oliteam records the history of appointments booked on the Oliteam.com appointment booking platform as well as the list of Practitioners with whom an appointment has been made. The Customer Account is accessible by authentication and the Customer must implement all means at his disposal to secure his password (regular change, complexity, storage). The password entered when creating your account is encrypted and cannot be deciphered by our administrators. If you forget your password, you must use the forgotten password functionality. Oliteam will never ask you for your password.
The data entered by the Customer are his responsibility and must under no circumstances reveal, directly or indirectly, information such as: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership in political or union movements.

Information from synchronization with a Google™ account

Oliteam offers Practitioner Accounts the option of Synchronizing calendars with a Google Calendar account. Under this option, Oliteam's use of information received from the Google API complies with the "Google API Services User Data Policy" including the "Limited Use Requirement" described below:

By agreeing to connect the Google account to the Oliteam application, the Practitioner who owns the Google account accepts that Oliteam has read, write and modify access rights to all of its Google calendars (Google account email, Google account settings). main calendar, secondary calendar settings, creation of secondary calendars).
Oliteam uses the Google API to provide synchronization between the Oliteam calendar(s) and the Practitioner's Google Calendar account. For this, Oliteam records in its databases:
- the settings of the Main Google Calendar: name, color, time zone.
- all events recorded on the main calendar of the Google account (event title, description, start date and end date) in order to offer an availability search taking into account personal appointments already positioned on the Practitioner's Google calendar. When you first connect a Google Calendar account to Oliteam, only events after the synchronization date are recorded.
The Oliteam application creates a secondary calendar in the Practitioner's Google account in order to report appointments from the Oliteam platform. The data sent to Google only concerns events: customer name, service, duration, start time, end time, reservation status, payment status.

The event data from the Google Main Calendar recorded in the Oliteam databases are only visible to the Practitioner. Only Oliteam database administrators can access it, after agreement from the Practitioner, and in the event of a search for possible malfunctions.
The data is completely deleted, without possibility of return, when access rights between Oliteam and Google are deleted, either via the Oliteam interface, or directly in the Practitioner's Google account.

Audience statistics and measurements

The site uses Google Analytics to analyze user behavior to provide better navigation. The data is only kept for 13 months and is anonymous.

Data security

The data recorded by Oliteam is only accessible to site administrators, for the purposes of troubleshooting, and subject to the acceptance of the data owner.
Oliteam does everything possible to guarantee their integrity and security.
It is the responsibility of the user (Client or Practitioner) to secure their account. To do this, Oliteam recommends regularly changing the Oliteam account password using a minimum of 9 characters using numbers, letters and symbols.
Your account being linked to your email address used during its creation, it is the duty of the Client or Practitioner to ensure the security of their email address.

Oliteam undertakes not to process, host or transfer the Data to a country located outside the European Union or recognized as “inadequate” by the European Commission without first informing the User. However, Oliteam remains free to choose its Subcontractors on the condition that they provide sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016-679.

Requests regarding your data

In accordance with the Regulations relating to Personal Data, Practitioners and Clients have the right at any time:

To object to the processing of your personal data
To access your personal data
To rectify or erase them
To the portability of its data
Restriction of processing
Define guidelines relating to the conservation, erasure and communication of personal data
At any time upon withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

To do this, you need a written request signed by the Client or the Practitioner with a photocopy of their identity document, sent by email to contact@oliteam.com or by post to Oliteam, 7 Rue Albert Einstein, 77420 Champs-Sur -Marl.

Procedures implemented in the event of a data leak

Regardless of efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is completely secure.
In the event of a leak of data stored by the site www.Oliteam.com, an email explaining the problem is sent as soon as the Oliteam company becomes aware of the said leak.

No personal information of the User or Practitioner is published without the knowledge of the User or Practitioner, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the repurchase of Oliteam and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the possible purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of data with respect to the User or Practitioner. .
